About Lauren
Getting outside feedback is the best way I know to get an alternate perspective on how to optimize your daily life.
Hi, I’m Lauren. I’m a psychologist on the eastern Main Line of Philadelphia.
If you’re here, it’s probably because you're sick of feeling stuck and you want to get your life back.
I know that asking for help can be hard. But after more than 20 years in my clinical psychology practice, I’ve seen how incredibly powerful even a few sessions of therapy can be.
I can help you examine what strategies are working well for you (including the willingness to ask for help, which you’re already doing just by being here!) and which strategies are leading to frustration.
Together we can eradicate that voice that tells you that nothing you do is ever enough. We can also develop new communication strategies that help you to feel heard and understood.
I can’t wait to work with you to discover the peace that comes from finally being comfortable in your own skin so you can feel a lot more optimistic about what lies ahead.
