• I offer virtual sessions and I am licensed in 42 states.

• We’ll work together to determine how often we meet—and for how long. Many of my clients get the clarity and relief they need in 8-10 sessions. Others take longer. We’ll figure it out together.

• Sessions are either 50 minutes or 90 minutes in length

• Of course, all sessions are confidential.

• I am not credentialed as an in-network provider with any insurance company. Most insurance plans that allow out-of-network services will reimburse you, in whole or in part, for our sessions. When looking into your insurance coverage, be sure to clarify that you are inquiring about your out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits. I provide a receipt for services rendered (you’ll pay up front), which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.   

Cost: $275 per 50 minute session, $400 per 90 minute session
